Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. All Heart Collection is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked as shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. All Heart Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
